The time for transporting the goods to you depends on the transport company and the delivery location. The respective information of the transport company applies here, for which we cannot assume any liability or guarantee.
Here you can read about the delivery times of the individual transport companies: (links open in a new window/tab)
For orders received outside the above office hours this means:
- as a rule, the goods are processed and dispatched on the following working day. The same applies here - provided the goods are available and receipt of payment can be ascertained. (The receipt of money does not apply to invoice customers).
You can find out the respective shipping costs during the order process. These depend on the number and type of goods ordered.
Depending on the size of your order, shipping will be by DPD, GLS, UPS , DHL or by freight forwarding..
If the shipping costs cannot be determined automatically, then please contact us via our contact form before placing an order and tell us the item(s) with the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding postcode. We will then inform you at short notice whether we can also ship to the desired country and - should delivery to the desired delivery address be possible - inform you of the shipping costs, as we have to ask our shipping partner in advance about the shipping option and costs.
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, further costs may be incurred in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which are to be borne by you. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties). Further information can be found, for example, at https://ec.europa.eu and on import VAT at https://auskunft.ezt-online.de and specifically for Switzerland at https://xtares.admin.ch.
The shipping costs can only be calculated once the item is in the basket.
